GTAFinder is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@gtafinder.com; general and formal notices can be sent to hello@gtafinder.com.

If you join the waitlist, we receive your email address, signup source, referring page where available, subscription status and signup time. Our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser, device and request-log information needed to deliver and protect the site.

We use waitlist information with your consent to send GTAFinder product and launch updates. Essential technical information is processed to operate, secure and prevent abuse of the service.

Joining the waitlist is optional. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the unsubscribe method included in an update or by emailing us. We retain the minimum record needed to honour an unsubscribe request and do not sell waitlist addresses.

GTAFinder does not currently activate optional analytics or advertising cookies. Essential technical storage may still be used where necessary to deliver, secure and protect the site.

Depending on the features enabled, GTAFinder may use its hosting provider for site delivery and security, Supabase for waitlist storage, and Resend for email delivery. These providers process information on our instructions or under their own applicable terms and may operate outside the European Economic Area using lawful transfer safeguards where required.

Waitlist data is kept while launch updates remain relevant or until you unsubscribe. Technical and security records are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to operate, diagnose and protect the site, subject to provider and legal requirements.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your request. You may also lodge a complaint with Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

GTAFinder is about a game intended for mature audiences and is not directed to children. Please do not submit an email address if you are not legally able to consent to receive these updates in your country.

We may update this policy when the site or its providers change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be presented clearly before they take effect where required.
